Austin High wants to honor and celebrate our fiercest Black Bear, Miss Alice Haughaboo. Alice is a junior at Austin High School and a cherished member of our Austin High School family. She is the daughter of Patrick and Alana Haughaboo and is also blessed with a wonderful sister, Lucy. Four years ago, Alice was diagnosed with malignant melanoma, and she continues to battle with extraordinary bravery. This year, for Homecoming, we aim to raise awareness of childhood cancer and explore ways to support St. Jude Children's Hospital in their mission to find a cure. Let us unite to honor Alice and support her and her family as they continue on this journey. Once a Black Bear, always a Black Bear. We are Family.
